Online booking is easy to do! Click the Book Now button  and choose a day and time from the available appointment that works for you. Choose in-person or Online/Video chat. Create your account profile. If you have questions or prefer to schedule your appointment by phone, please call us at 651-269-6219


Please Note: For remote clients, shipping costs for products will be an additional charge.

All communication is done in the Practice Better portal. There is a place to log weight, body measurements, food, hydration, and all manner of health data. Please use the message app in your portal to contact me. Current clients can Log in to Your Client Portal to book.

No returns on opened products.

Services and packages are non-refundable. 

Beginning August 1, 2023, we will impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount on Mastercard and Visa credit card products, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge debit cards.No fee for cash, check and ACH.

Local Pickup
Office pickup available upon request. Use this link to book a PICK UP TIME. 

US Shipping
USPS (Priority mail, unless specified overnight/express). Not included in price, standard shipping is priority mail. Shipping times depend on your location. Express shipping is available upon request. Most orders are processed the within 24 hours.

International Shipping
Via First -Class Package International Service.

Damaged Order
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, take photos IMMEDIATELY of the package and condition of product INSIDE the package and email us as soon as possible at with your order number.  Save the box and all packing materials until your claim has been processed. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
