This service has been pre-paid. Don't forget to bring your SHAPE Guide, your My Healing Journey notebook, and food log. For virtual appointments - DIRECTIONS: 1. Immerse the strip into the urine sample and remove it immediately by dragging the edge of the strip against the container rim to remove excess urine. Start timing. It is essential that you always use a fresh urine specimen in a clean, dry container. 2. Place the strip horizontally on a paper towel or tissue to remove excess . 3. Place the strip next to the color testing chart and take a photo at 2 minute and 30 seconds from immersion. Ensure that you have good lighting for the photo (no shadows) and get the whole chart in the picture frame. 4. Cancellation Policy – Krehbiel Natural Health LLC. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of $20. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
