Dark Chocolate Mousse

1 package Cream Cheese (room temperature)

3 Tablespoons Keto Sugar (I like Steviva Blend, Granular)

¼ Cup Cacao Powder

1 scoop vanilla collagen powder (omit for vegans)

1 can Coconut Cream (chilled

2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (melted)

2-3 Tablespoons nut butter of choice

¼ Cup Lily’s Baking Chips, 55%, Premium Dark Chocolate, Stevia Sweet


  1. Cream the cream cheese in a mixer until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Add in sugar and beat again.

  3. Add cacao powder and collagen then mix.

  4. Add in coconut cream, coconut oil, nut butter and thoroughly mix.

  5. Add in Lily’s chip and combine.

  6. Pour mixture into 8 small serving bowls.

  7. Cover and refrigerate for +2 hours until chilled.

  8. Enjoy!
