Pizza Hot Dish - Low Carb

Ingredients

I buy my ingredients from Azure Standard.

2 pounds ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onions

1-2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup sweet green or red pepers (optional)

24 oz tomato sauce

1/2 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp basil

1/2 tsp sea salt

20 oz riced cauliflower


Topping:

1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese


Optional Toppings:

olives

peperoni

mushrooms

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown meat: add onions and garlic and cook until tender and translucent. Drain off any fat and water.

Add tomato sauce and herbs, let simmer.

Sautee riced cauliflower until tender.

Spread riced cauliflower on the bottom of an 8 x 12 baking dish.

Pour meat and sauce on top. Add any additional toppings.

Cover with cheese and parmesan cheese and bake 30 minutes or until the cheese is lightly brown.
